It is merely a guide for customers to use to get an idea of service costs before bringing in their firearm. Please note that costs, descriptions and labor offered are all subject to change without prior notification.
Furthermore, due to the limited amount of space, and the volume of guns Cole Gunsmithing services, we request that your gun be picked up within 30 days of its completion date. If this cannot be done, there will be an additional $100 a month storage fee added to your service invoice.
Shotgun Repair Process
- Please review our Recommended Packing Instructions first
- Once reviewed, please complete the Work Order Request in it’s entirety
- If you are shipping your gun, please select the appropriate checkbox and out staff will follow up via email with your UPS label
- If an FFL is shipping your gun for you, simply follow their respective instructions
- If you do not receive your UPS label within 24 hours of Work Order Submission, please follow up with your selected service location via phone or email
Please complete the Gunsmithing Work Order Request form on this page. You will receive an email confirmation with your work order details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your email spam folders.
Beretta Warranty Process
- Please complete a Firearm Support Request with Beretta first.
- Once you receive your instructions from Beretta, and if you have been instructed to send your gun to a Cole Fine Guns & Gunsmithing location, please return to this page and complete a Work Order Form and submit a work order to the location determined.
- Package up your gun and send it to the determined Cole location. Please include a copy of your work order and any pertinent documentation you may have received from Beretta USA.
Once we receive and inspect your shotgun we will contact you within 24-48 business hours with an estimated time frame for your modifications or repairs. Please refer back to our Gunsmithing Price List for base pricing.

A number of our services are only provided in one of our locations or the other.
When in doubt, PLEASE call or email before completing the request form or shipping your gun. Sending to the incorrect facility delays processing and incurs extra shipping charges.
- Both Maine and Florida: Most other services, refinishing, adjustable combs, stock modifications are available at either location. Beretta 686, 690 series service, barrel fittings, all Beretta DT service, Perazzi Service, wood set fittings available in either location.
- Florida Only: ASE and SO Models. Custom stock making services. Laser Checkering and Laser Etching.
- Maine Only: All Semi-Auto Service and Hot Bluing.

What gunsmithing services do you provide
We specialize in the service of certain Italian shotguns. If you do not see the service you require listed, there is a possibility that we don’t provide that service. When in doubt, please call or email prior to shipping.
Do your service handguns or rifles?
Cole Gunsmithing currently services shotguns only. We do not service handguns or rifles of any make.
