Rich Cole: Owner, Specializes in Custom Stock Work & Training Of Next Generations Gunsmiths’. Rich began working for Beretta in 1979, founded Cole’s in 1985 & has built over 40 years of Master Gunsmithing experience since.
Naples
Brandon Cole : Son of Rich Cole, Specializes in Gun Fittings, Italian Shotgun Repair, & Hand-Rubbed Oil Finishing. Brandon grew up watching and learning from his Father, and began taking apart 391 Trigger Assemblies at just 8 Years Old. He is now the Gunsmithing Manager & Gun Fitter at our Naples Location.

Casey Deth: Specializes in Semi-Automatic Shotgun Repair & Cerakote Application. Casey grew up around shotguns and the world of shotgun sports through his family. He grew up to run a Gun Shop in Vermont – where over the years his knowledge grew to expand to many different guns. Looking to keep expanding – Casey found Cole’s and was given the opportunity to join.

Kyle Lattrell: Specializes in Custom Stock Work & Perazzi Shotgun Repair. Kyle has been training closely with Rich Cole on custom stock working techniques. Kyle started his journey going to college for Automotive Studies to begin the foundation of his mechanical knowledge. He then learned high-end residential carpentry in Connecticut, and after a few years discovered Cole’s. Kyle has now been with Cole’s for almost 4 years and his stock work techniques have formed beautifully.

Texas
Andre Gorjup: Specializes in Machining, Metal-Shaping, & Blaser Shotgun Repair. Andre graduated from the Ferlach Gunbuilding School, located in Austria. Prior to that; Andre also studied Machining and Metal-Shaping at a Vocational school in Slovenia. After his studies, he was made head gunsmith for Blaser, Mauser, JP Sauer and Rigby for over 15 years. He has now been with Cole’s for 14 months & is our Blaser specialist!
Kurtis Grover: Specializes in Semi-Automatic Shotgun Trigger Jobs & Installation of Adjustable Combs. Kurtis’s journey begins years back up in the Maine facility getting fit for a shotgun and sparked his interest in the process so much he decided to become a gunsmith! He then went on to a 2 year program at the Colorado School of Trades & wound up at the San Antonio shop just over 2 years ago.

Maine
Jim Bellegarde: Specializes in Semi-Automatic Shotgun Repair & Beretta 680 Series. Jim has been with Cole Gunsmithing since 2001! He started out answering phones and shipping part orders & then graduated to working on Beretta Semi-Autos. He specialized in Beretta Semi-Autos for just over a decade before adopting the rest of what Cole has to offer for Beretta 680 Series, 690 Series, & DT, as well as Rizzini, Perazzi & Fabarm.

Dave Bosse: Specializes in Semi-Automatic Shotgun Repair, Precision Trigger Jobs, & Release Trigger Jobs. Dave started out as an aircraft mechanic prior to gunsmithing. Looking to continue expanding his mechanical skills – he decided to join Cole’s! Dave has now been with the company for 8 months and continues to grow his gunsmithing knowledge each day.
“I’m a person who always likes to expand my mechanical abilities. Being an aircraft mechanic prior to gunsmithing, I really wasn’t sure what else could intrigue me. Then I saw Cole’s was hiring for a gunsmith – something I’ve never even thought about doing, but the thought of learning something I had zero experience doing was the deciding factor.”
