This page is only if you are looking to receive a shipping label from Beretta USA for warranty work.
Please note that Beretta’s Warranty Period is (3) years from the purchase date of your firearm.
Step 1.) Please submit a Firearm Support Request through Beretta first. A representative with Beretta will review your request and if your firearm is determined to be under warranty, you will receive an email from Beretta with further instructions.
Step 2.) Once you receive your instructions from Beretta, and if you have been instructed to send your gun to a Cole Fine Guns & Gunsmithing location, please return to our Gunsmithing Work Order page (or use the Gunsmithing Work Order form below) and submit a work order to the location determined.
Step 3.) Package up your gun and send it to the determined Cole location. Please include a copy of your work order and any pertinent documentation you may have received from Beretta USA.

Under the shipping options portion of the Work Order Form, you will select the checkbox that says “I Have Received a Label For Warranty from Beretta USA”.
What to Expect from Beretta Support?
Please note this form is ONLY to request to send your Firearm in to our Beretta Service Center for Repair Service. If you need information, or have a question, please submit your question through the General Support Form. Please complete the Beretta Support and Cole Gunsmithing Work Order form(s) to the fullest of details and information. In the notes section, please be as specific as possible when describing the issues and the events leading up to it. Please list all ammo and amounts shot through the gun. If there are more issues than spaces allotted, please include these in the comments as well. If your firearm is determined to be under warranty, you will receive an additional email with further instructions.
